Career Consultant – Summer Youth Work Experience (SYWE) About the Role: At Goodwill Columbus, our team supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disability needs as they build skills, confidence, and meaningful connections in their community. As a Career Consultant in the Summer Youth Work Experience program, you will provide hands-on job coaching and career guidance to Youth ages 16–21 with diagnosed disability needs. This Summer Youth position is designed for individuals with previous experience in disability services who are available to work for the summer. You will support Youth as they learn workplace skills, explore career interests, and succeed in real job settings. Through individualized disability support, you’ll help Summer Youth participants grow toward greater independence. Our Values in Action: We believe work changes lives.
