Production Inventory Coordinator Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m. Position Summary: The Production Inventory Coordinator supports night-shift operations across inventory control, shipping/receiving, warehouse material flow, production and yard coordination. This role helps maintain inventory accuracy, support material flow, identify process gaps, and ensure warehouse discipline during off-shift hours. The position requires independence, attention to detail, and strong communication across teams and shifts. Essential Responsibilities: Perform routine cycle counts to support inventory accuracy. Investigate and help resolve inventory discrepancies. Identify material that is pulled, staged, stored, or labeled outside standard process and escalate recurring issues. Support shipping and receiving activities based on operational needs. Help coordinate inbound and outbound material flow, including trailer positioning and communication of yard/trailer issues. Build LTL pallets and print shipping labels when needed to support outbound shipments. Verify pallets are built correctly, labeled accurately, and staged in the proper locations.
