Job Overview: The Industrialization Engineer is responsible for all aspects of Industrialization of a New or Transferred Project. As a Project Core Team member, the Industrialization Engineer serves as the liaison between project and plant functions, coordinating industrialization timing ensuring plant readiness with all functions.The Industrialization Engineer is also a key contributor at early Project development stage, supporting Design phases (from G2 - award) to validate that product and process definition and align with Plant Operations and Industrial Strategy.
