Purpose of the Role: As Assistant within Team Apparel, you will play a key role in delivering apparel solutions across multiple McLaren teams and events. Role Dimensions: Your primary focus will be coordinating apparel for Shareholders, Brand Experience events both internal & external, Mercedes High Performance Powertrains, TPC (Testing Previous Car) Heritage and Base Kit for production floor & office staff. This is a highly operational role, requiring exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage large volumes of product across multiple apparel lines. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure all apparel is delivered accurately, on time, and to McLaren’s exacting standards.
