Job Description: As a Legal Counsel (m/f/d) with focus on IP, marketing and consumer protection , you will provide pragmatic legal advice across our e-commerce operations. You will also support the team in various other areas relating to the company’s legal rights and obligations, including supply chain contracts and warranty cases. This role will be filled as a maternity cover , with a contract run-time between 12-18 months . Responsibilities: - Providing advice on managing legal risks relating to intellectual property, marketing and consumer protection, including unfair competition law (UWG) and social media campaigns. - Drafting and reviewing contracts in the above-mentioned areas. - Supporting the delivery of tr...
