Speech Language Pathologist

Job description

We are looking for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year. Hourly Rate Range : $53.00-$61.00 per hour Responsibilities would include: - Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students' speech, language, communication, and social communication needs. - Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) that reflect each student’s unique goals. - Provide direct therapy services in individual, group, and classroom settings. - Address challenges related to articulation, fluency, voice, receptive/expressive language, and pragmatic (social) communication. - Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress. - Maintain thorough documentation in alignment with Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction (DPI) and IDEA compliance standards. - Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and student progress reviews. - Provide education and consultative support to staff and families to help reinforce communication strategies across environments.
