Job description

Coordinates and delivers patient care using the health care team philosophy practice model. Coordinates and does patient teaching and discharge planning. Coordinates activities with ancillary departments. Maintains standards of department and the hospital. Reports to Nurse Manager or designee. Graduate of an accredited program in nursing. Previous experience in general duty nursing preferred, but not required. Current Registered Nurse license to practice in the state; Current BLS.
