At CHS, we are creating connections to empower agriculture. Summary: CHS is hiring an Experienced Engineer to support the Lubricants business at the Inver Grove Heights manufacturing facility. This role provides process engineering leadership, continuous improvement, and capital project execution to improve plant safety, efficiency, utilization, and reliability. The Engineer partners closely with maintenance, operations, and cross‑functional engineering teams across CHS to deliver data‑driven solutions, support asset reliability, and align plant initiatives with enterprise standards and best practices.
