Solutions Architect (flexible hybrid on-site schedule New Century, KS or New Albany, IN)

Job description

Description We are looking for a Solutions Architect to lead requirements definition and solution design for our ERP and other custom development projects. You will be the bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, translating complex manufacturing & business workflows into structured, buildable specifications, and ensuring the technical solution stays aligned with operational reality throughout delivery. The initial 18-24 months for this role will be focused on ERP enhancement projects for one of our large manufacturing sites. This system integrates with numerous third-party services across production, procurement, and operations. Long-term the expectation is to continually enhance and evolve the platform’s capabilities and features. This is a hands-on role.
