DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Ensure both effective and efficient execution of the agreed work (package) in such a way that the QHSE, technical, commercial, and contractual requirements are met. Work with a marine project team to achieve an optimal balance between cost, time, and quality, and between cost, benefit, and risk on national and international marine projects of various complexities, and support on projects of higher complexity. The geotechnical projects include both the Marine Wind Farms and the Marine Oil and Gas industry and are developed mainly in the US, Mexico, and the Caribbean. Support the proposal development process as a discipline specialist and manage and deliver proposals. Work with project teams and drive a positive safety culture. Create suitable project governance, communication lines, and clarity on project roles and responsibilities to enable team members to deliver their full potential.
