Prysmian is seeking a senior‑level manager reporting to the Legal Affairs VP to operate at the heart of its global legal function, supporting complex and high level negotiations and business initiatives across jurisdictions of the group. This role sits at Group level, based in Milan, and it requires an experienced legal professional with the authority, judgment, and technical depth to support cross‑border M&A and strategic transactions, lead complex litigation, including in the field of antitrust public and private enforcement and negotiate commercial contracts for complex international projects, while acting as a trusted advisor to senior management.
