Engage the submarket through regular social involvement in local events - Ensure operational and sales “best practices” are consistently implemented throughout the portfolio to achieve established goals for sales and service - Assist in the onboarding of new leasing team members to communicate sales and service expectations and client vision - Mentor leasing associates that may be struggling in a particular area; assist in additional training if a team member does not meet the secret shop internet, telephone or onsite shop benchmark - Establish corporate outreach contacts, specifically targeting HR contacts for preferred employers in our target markets.
