Vice President Portfolio Optimization - Residential Real Estate Secured Lending (RESL) Mission of the Role: To lead pricing, portfolio optimization, and balance‑sheet execution for the RESL business, enabling profitable, sustainable growth across the full mortgage lifecycle. This role owns pricing strategy, portfolio optimization, and portfolio analytics, translating market, regulatory, and financial insights into executive‑level decision support that strengthens competitive positioning, capital efficiency, and long‑term financial performance.
