OVERVIEW: ALO is seeking a Sr. Counsel, Trademark & IP attorney to help protect and grow our global brand portfolio. This role will report directly to the Director of Intellectual Property and will help lead day-to-day legal support for trademark strategy, clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and brand collaborations. The Sr. Counsel will also provide IP-adjacent legal support for contracts, employment, litigation, and general corporate matters where trademark and IP issues arise. We’re looking for a practical, business-minded attorney who can balance risk and brand goals in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, and who enjoys building scalable processes, training, and playbooks that empower teams to move quickly.
