Compliance and Quality Management Specialist

Job description

Description Supports the Director of Quality and Compliance in the implementation, monitoring, and ongoing administration of Axiom Care’s quality improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk management activities. This position assists with data collection and reporting, facility survey preparation, policy review, incident tracking, and regulatory correspondence to ensure continued compliance with applicable governing authorities and accrediting bodies. Position is based in Phoenix, AZ and operates in a hybrid work model, combining remote work with on-site presence at Axiom Care facilities as needed. Travel of approximately 30 percent of time is required to facilities throughout Maricopa and Pinal County.
