Description This role will be onsite at our Easton office in Columbus, OH (or in Minnetonka, MN or Dallas, TX or within Huntington Footprint) Summary: The Senior Manager, SSO & SailPoint Operations is responsible for the operational leadership, stability, and continuous improvement of the enterprise Single Sign‑On (SSO) and Identity Governance platforms. This role owns day‑to‑day operations, production support, and lifecycle management of SSO and SailPoint environments, ensuring high availability, security, and regulatory compliance. The position leads an operations team and partners closely with IAM Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Application teams to support mission‑critical identity services. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership: - Own production operations for SSO and SailPoint platforms, including incident management, escalation, and service availability. - Lead and manage IAM operations staff supporting SSO and identity governance services. - Establish and enforce operational standards, runbooks, and support processes. - Act as the senior escalation point for complex identity and access issues.
