Classification Title: Superintendent, Maintenance Classification Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Job Description: Provide oversight and direction for fire systems, access control, and telecommunications for all residential buildings Collaborate on various facility initiatives or facility/campus projects - Oversee life safety and fire system operations including but not limited to: installation, inspection, testing, and repair of fire alarms and related equipment; ensure compliance with federal and state codes, coordinate annual inspection schedules, and maintain communication with monitoring entities - Supervise electronic access control system management including installation, maintenance, and repair of locks, readers, and ADA-accessible hardware; ensure proper inventory control, equipment lifecycle management, and adherence to procurement procedures - Lead telecommunications and low-voltage system functions providing oversight of network infrastructure, UPS systems, and cable (copper, fiber, CATV, CCTV); coordinate with IT campus partners and external vendors to ensure system reliability an...
