This position is responsible for enforcing laws; preventing, detecting, and investigating criminal activity; making arrests; and supporting special crime prevention and law enforcement initiatives. All duties are performed in accordance with Quapaw Nation policies and procedures, internal control standards, and applicable regulations. The Patrol Sergeant ensures the enforcement of Quapaw Nation, federal, state, and local laws while protecting life and property and maintaining public peace and safety.
