Key Responsibilities: Fulfillment & Operations Excellence: Lead end- to -end fulfillment operations including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing, and shipping Partnering with vendors to ensure the most cost effective and beneficial pricing is achieved Ensure fast, accurate , and reliable delivery of items to support field and center execution Establish and maintain workflows that drive throughput, reduce cycle time, and eliminate operational friction Maintain a clean, organized, and performance-driven warehouse environment Inventory Accuracy & Control: Own inventory integrity through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes Implement disciplined controls for high-value tools, calibration equipment, and parts Partner with Procurement to align inventory levels with demand and forecast accuracy Proactively reduce shrinkage, obsolescence, and excess inventory Cross-Functional Partnership: Partner with Op s/ Field Leadership to align fulfillment with real-time business needs Collaborate with Pro...
