Job DetailsJob Location: COLUMBUS, OH 43213Position Type: Full TimeSummary: The Certified Nurse Practitioner provides medical services to the patients of Heart of Ohio Family Health in acute care and the clinical office setting in a holistic approach. The Nurse Practitioner will plan, direct, and evaluate resident and employee health care in ambulatory health services; examine and treat chronic and acute episodic illnesses, minor injuries, accidents, and other injuries/illnesses; performs selected laboratory testing; offer referrals to physicians, write prescriptions, and perform office procedures within the scope of expertise, protocols, and available equipment. This Nurse Practitioner will specialize in treatment of patients for HIV, HIV PrEP, sexual health, and other infectious disease in collaboration with the Clinical Pharmacy team.
