What We Need Corpay is looking to hire a Payment Processor II within our Paymerang division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Richmond, VA. In this role, you will be The Payment Processor II who assists in the payment automation process through daily interaction (inbound and outbound) with suppliers of Corpay customers to resolve unprocessed payments. The Open Card team is responsible for placing calls on our customer’s behalf to report unprocessed payments and assist with payment completion. This position requires excellent attention to detail, multitasking ability, and advanced phone and customer service skills. You will report directly to the Operations Manager and regularly collaborate with other internal departments. How We Work: As a Payment Processor II, you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment.
