Job Title: Housekeeper Department: Housekeeping: Reports to: Director of Housekeeping, Housekeeping Supervisor MAIN DUTIES: BACK OF THE HOUSE CLEANING - Ensure the complete cleanliness, order, and hygiene of all assigned Back of the House areas, including but not limited to: service corridors, floor pantries, storage rooms, technical rooms, staff locker rooms, laundry areas, and other staff-only spaces. - Maintain proper organization and storage of materials, equipment, trolleys, and cleaning supplies in their designated areas. - Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness in accordance with the procedures and service excellence required by Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts. - Conduct regular inspections of Back of the House areas, promptly addressing any cleaning or organizational needs. - Follow daily, weekly, and periodic cleaning schedules, including deep cleaning and sanitation tasks, as assigned. HOUSEKEEPING OPERATIONS: - Report any damage, malfunction, or maintenance issues identified in Back of the House areas to the Housekeeping Supervisor for follow-up. - Use cleaning products, chemicals, and equipment correctly and safely, in compliance with company procedures and safety regulat...
