Job Description Summary The Gas Turbine Programs Leader is a high-impact role at the center of the Gas Turbine Product Service Engineering (GT PSE) organization, enabling the rhythms, alignment, and effectiveness of the team. This role is ideal for a strategic leader who can connect priorities, drive momentum, and strengthen execution across a complex, cross-functional engineering environment. As a key integrator for the leadership team, this individual will enable the operating cadence of the organization—bringing structure to priorities, momentum to critical initiatives, and visibility to what matters most. From leading core team rhythms and driving cross-functional follow-through, to advancing strategic initiatives and removing execution barriers, this role is essential to how the team operates and delivers. This individual will lead core team cadences, drive follow-up across technical and business processes, oversee RCA project management through contractor resources while personally managing selected RCAs, coordinate S2 planning for Fleet Engineering, maintain dashboards and user conference content, and serve as a PowerNow and SmartSheet subject matter expert.
