About this role TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service (FSP) solutions. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Strategy & Pipeline Management: Managing the clinical development portfolio of several projects: Oversight of early‑phase clinical trials (Phase I–II) in systemic/autoimmune/oncological diseases conducted in key locations (Europe, USA), including trial design in collaboration with the medical team, medical key opinion leaders, and external consultants. Regulatory strategy: Participation at both strategic and operational levels in scientific procedures with key regulatory authorities (EMA, FDA) for drugs in development.
