Business Development for Ser Des (Serializer/Deserializer) Networking Solutions Responsibilities: Being responsible for defining OEM and Tier 1 strategies in the SerDes Networking Solution especially ADAS and Infotainment architectures Identify and establish collaboration projects at OEM’s and Tier1’s and drive those self-contained to the DWIN Understand the related visionary product requirements and align product definition Setting up business relationships up to senior management level at OEM/Tier1 to actively promote strengths of NXP products together with the relevant OEM/1st Tier account manager This involves also close cooperation and communication with NXP’s Sales, application engineering teams as well as internally in the product line etc. Your Profile: Electrical engineering degree or similar Strong technical knowledge about semiconductor products, in particular in the Automotive SerDes and Ethernet and vehicle electronic architecture Experience with OEM & Tier 1 semiconductor collaboration projects, being able to drive visionary ideas Open mindset for new technology trends (ADAS, EV, vehicle architectures, software trends….) being able to adapt these A minimum of 10 years...
