Become a part of our caring community Shift/Availability requirements: This is a full time position scheduled for 40 hours, 5 days a week. Days of availability are Thursday-Monday, scheduled for 8 hour shifts between the hours of 7:30am-7:30pm CST. The hours scheduled will not be a set shift and will vary week by week. Please note during the training period, you will need to be available Monday-Friday from 10am-7pm CST. Available to work 2-3 holidays a year. Based on business needs, additional holiday coverage may be required. As an E-Referral Specialist you will report to the E-Referral Supervisor. You will be an important part of the referral process as this role is the initial contact point for the client or referral source to promote the continuity of care. You will be responsible for data collection and documentation, compliance, and follow up on the initial referral process and decision.
