As we continue to evolve and grow, we’re looking for an experienced Change Lead to play a pivotal role in shaping how change is delivered and embedded across Thinktank. Role Overview: The Change Lead is responsible for leading enterprise‑wide change initiatives and embedding a scalable, fit‑for‑purpose change management framework across Thinktank’s major projects and programs. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer , this role leads the Business Change Team and partners closely with senior leaders, project sponsors, PMO, and key stakeholders to ensure change is delivered in a controlled, transparent and people‑centred way. This is a hands‑on leadership role for someone who thrives on bringing people along the journey — creating clarity, building capability, and ensuring change sticks.
