TITLE: International SOF Integration & Assessment SME LOCATION: Tampa, FL (USSOCOM, MacDill AFB) OVERVIEW: Streamline Defense is seeking qualified candidates to serve as International Special Operations Forces Integration and Assessment Subject Matter Experts supporting the J3-International (J3-I) Engagement Branch at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. Multiple positions are available. This position is contingent upon contract award. This role focuses on drafting and maintaining country plans, supporting international engagement events, and managing all MOA/MOU documentation for J3-I personnel exchanges. REQUIREMENTS: - TS/SCI clearance - Master's degree in international relations, economics, or related field - Graduate of the Department of State Foreign Service Institute or equivalent U.S. military program of instruction - 10+ years of experience as a Foreign Service Officer, Foreign Area Officer, member of a U.S. embassy country team, deployed developmental worker, or other member of the Department of State or USAID - 3 years of experience in a federal agency, GCC, or service headquarters in policy development, international agreements, and st...
