HR Business Partner - Manufacturing Operations

We’re looking for an experienced HR professional who wants to stay close to the business, influence at a senior level, and make a real impact, all within a part-time role. This is a manufacturing-based, onsite role at our Gaydon Headquarters, with the full 25 hours worked on site. The position is part-time (25 hours per week), ideally across Tuesday to Thursday, with some flexibility in how those hours are structured, which we’re happy to discuss at the interview. As our HR Business Partner, you’ll report to the Head of HR Business Partnering and work directly with Directors and Managers across a range of functions. This is a hands-on, business-facing role where you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate both day-to-day people matters and bigger organisational challenges. You won’t just be responding to issues, you’ll be shaping outcomes.
