Job description

The Organisational Change Execution Team is responsible for supporting the people-related consequences and implementation of organisational changes. The team contributes to the execution of activities under the Social Plan in the context of advisory requests and ensures a consistent application of agreed policies and processes. As an Organisational Change Execution Advisor , you support and carry out activities in the areas of the Social Plan, work-to-work programmes, and QBR epics. You advise the business and HR Business Partners on people-related consequences within established frameworks and support the implementation of instruments from the Social Plan within advisory requests. You handle standard to moderately complex epics and advisory requests and actively contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the team.
