DESCRIPTION: Sally’s Apizza is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Learning and Development to lead the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of training and development initiatives across our portfolio of properties. This individual will oversee a team of Training Managers and hourly trainers, ensuring consistency, quality, and operational excellence in all learning programs. The Director will be responsible for refining the training curriculum, tracking effectiveness, and managing our Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee development, operational consistency, and guest service excellence.
