Provide technical, economic and commercial quality assurance assessment of Works Planning Reports, Scope of Works and other technical documentation, including network projects, network strategies, technical standards, incident reports and operational procedures etc Justify complex transmission projects, provide planning advice, and manage stakeholder expectations.
