Description Stephenson Equipment, Inc (SEI), an industry leader in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Manassas, and New York providing sales, rentals, parts and service for construction equipment, cranes, paving, road building and road maintenance equipment, has an immediate need for Inside Sales Representative & Lead Generation Specialist at our Harrisburg, PA location. The Inside Sales Representative & Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for driving equipment sales, generating and managing leads, handling inbound customer inquiries, and engaging with both new and lost customers. This role focuses primarily on selling JCB compact equipment while also supporting the field sales team by identifying and qualifying potential sales opportunities. Duties include, but are not limited to: Equipment Sales & Pipeline Management - Sell, lease, and rent a diverse inventory, including new JCB compact equipment (SSLs, CTLs, TSs, MEX), used units, and the SEI rental fleet. - Proactively initiate sales opportunities to expand customer reach and meet profit goals. - Convert inbound inquiries (calls/emails) and walk-ins into qualified sales opportunities and appointments. - Utilize social media platform...
