This role drives continuous improvement in customer outcomes by shaping processes, managing the Integrated Management System (IMS), building operational excellence and capability, and supporting leaders and teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality, customer-first approach. As a key member of the Operations team, this role also leads a team of subject matter experts in the delivery of key organisational initiatives focused on the continued growth and delivery of the DOH strategy.
