Grill or Tortillas Mama Margie’s has the best fajitas in town served on the best tortillas in town! Both of these positions are an integral part of serving high quality food to our guests. So if you want to be part of preparing two of our best menu items, then read on! The Grill Position is responsible for grilling and cutting fajitas and asada meat, and assisting line servers with non-grill items such as quesadillas, eggs, pancakes, corn tortillas, and frying chips and shells in a deep fryer, while following all health and safety standards and maintaining a clean work area. You must also be able to tolerate the heat from working the grill. The tortilla position duties include but are not limited to preparing flour and corn tortilla dough according to Mama Margie Recipes, cooking tortillas on a flat top grill, and following all health and safety standards, while maintaining a clean work area. ?You will work as a team with other team members, You will work as a team with other team members, training new team members, and assisting in other positions as needed.
