Administrative Director of Women’s & Children’s Services Plano, Texas: Employment Type: Full-Time: Schedule: Days | No Weekends Compensation: $118,016 – $177,024 annually Sign-On Bonus: $15,000 Relocation Assistance: Case-by-case Incentive Bonus: Up to 17.5% Overview: A large, high-acuity acute care hospital in North Texas is seeking an experienced Administrative Director of Women’s & Children’s Services to lead a comprehensive service line including Labor & Delivery, NICU, PICU, Pediatrics, and related maternal-child programs. This executive nursing leadership role is responsible for operational performance, financial stewardship, quality outcomes, service line growth, and strategic program development. The Director will oversee multidisciplinary teams and ensure safe, evidence-based care across all women’s and children’s services. This position offers the opportunity to lead a high-volume, advanced perinatal and pediatric program within a dynamic healthcare environment.
