Work Shift: Day (United States of America) Job Summary: The Endoscopy Technician II has an in-depth knowledge of GI and assists the nurses and physicians in providing care for the endoscopy patient. They have completed competencies for all basic GI procedures and are competent in all aspects of scope reprocessing. The Technician also supports the area with duties that include, but are not limited to preparation of the procedure room and sterile field to ensure a safe patient care environment including gathering all required instruments and supplies and serving as an endoscopy procedure assistant.
