Job Description: - Managing existing customer accounts and new customer inquiries in the area of management system certification, e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 27001, and more - Selling our services within the SGS Business Assurance business unit - Responsibility for the entire sales process – from lead qualification and needs assessment to contract negotiation and closing - Maintaining long-term customer relationships as well as actively participating in trade fairs and industry conferences - Documenting all sales activities in Salesforce (CRM) - Close collaboration with the sales teams and the responsible Business Development Managers Qualifications: - Relevant professional experience in selling services, ideally in the field of management system certification - Strong customer‑oriented communication skills and enthusiasm for professional exchange - V...
