Property Manager Luxury Residential (Weekends Required)

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Property Manager with a strong operations background to assist the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of a luxury high-rise residential property. This role requires a hands-on approach, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to maintain operational excellence in a high-end environment. Weekend availability is required to support property operations and resident needs. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership & Support Assist the General Manager in managing all operational aspects of the property, including maintenance, vendor oversight, security, concierge, and common areas. Leverage a strong operations background to identify process improvements, streamline workflows, and optimize property performance. Ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards expected in a luxury environment. Team Leadership & Staff Support: Support recruitment, training, and supervision of property staff, including front desk, maintenance, housekeeping, and concierge teams.
