Project Engineer - Packaging

What you'll do The Project Engineer – Packaging leads large, complex projects across multiple brands within Mars’ Accelerator Platform (KIND, Nature’s Bakery, and trü frü), including capacity and network optimization initiatives. This role owns end-to-end project delivery—from ideation through execution and completion—across packaging systems, manufacturing processes, and facility infrastructure. You will lead major capital projects with a focus on executional excellence, while building technical capability across the platform. This role partners cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Technical Operations, Brand Innovation, Brand Change, and Procurement, and may lead project teams or directly manage a small team depending on experience.
