Supervises and coordinates activities of Direct Support employees and manages operations, staffing and budget of 1-3 ICF/IDD facility/facilities assigned. Seek to understand the individuals in the context of their personal history, their social and family networks, and their hopes and dreams for the future. Ensures that people supported have a clean and maintained home and yard. Typically reports to the Administrator of a location or a Qualified Professional. Education, Licensure, and Experience required for the position include: Requires a High School Diploma and one year of experience working with the population served and competency in supervisory skills.
