In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing heat pumps at customer sites, ensuring high technical quality, safety and customer satisfaction. As a Service Engineer, your main tasks will include: - Repairing or replacing defective components to ensure safe and optimal system performance - Completing service, maintenance, and technical documentation accurately and on time - Communicating clearly and professionally with customers and installers - Collaborating with internal departments to resolve technical issues - Ensuring all work complies with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and local regulations - You will report to the Regional Service Manager and work closely with customers and internal stakeholders. - Preferred start date as soon as possible and you will work directly from your home base and primarily cover our customers across Jutland.
