Coordinates Complaint and Grievance processes including the intake, documentation, distribution, and verification of the resolution of complaints and grievances in accordance with CMS guidelines and department policy and procedures. Coordinates the Compliments and Recognition processes including the intake, documentation, distribution of compliment and recognition in accordance with CMS guidelines and department policy and procedures. Monitors quality control, quality assurance, safety and inspection control practices to assure compliance with internal and external regulations/policies.
