Sister - Charge Nurse Thornbury Hospital 37.5 Hours & Permanent Salary: Up to £52,722.40 per year (depending on level of experience, training and qualification) Thornbury Hospital in Sheffield is part of Circle Health Group , Britain's leading provider of independent healthcare with a nationwide network of hospitals & clinics, performing more complex surgery than any other private healthcare provider in the country. We have an opportunity for a Sister - Charge Nurse to join their team of staff in the Nursing department. This is a full-time role for 37.5 hours a week. The role holder will be required to cover a flexible shift pattern. Duties of this role include: Provide hands-on clinical care, acting as a senior point of support for complex or deteriorating patients. Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels, skill mix, and continuity of care. Allocate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring responsibilities are clearly defined and patient needs are met. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in line with NMC and organisational standards.
