Job Title: Product Manager Location: Vernon Hills, IL or Brooklyn Park, MN Department: Product: Reports To: Director of Product Management Hybrid Schedule: Our hybrid work environment includes two (2) remote days/week. Summary: Responsible for the broad set of strategic activities involved in developing and managing a winning product portfolio in the Roofing and Professional Flooring platforms while also laying out the pricing and GTM strategy. Develop brand strategy, new product innovation roadmaps, and other initiatives to create sustainable competitive advantage and profitable growth at 10%+ CAGR or 3X market growth. Work in close collaboration with the Product Operations and Project Management functions within the team. Responsibilities: Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Supply Chain, and Marketing to align product strategy with market trends and regulatory developments. Prioritize, strategize, design, develop, launch, and support product campaigns. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
