Summary: The Director of Policy Management provides oversight for the policy lifecycle across The Guthrie Clinic. This role ensures policies—including procedures, guidelines, and related documents—are created, approved, stored, and maintained within the designated electronic policy management system. The Director partners with leadership, subject matter experts, and IT teams to maintain system functionality and security, optimize processes, and foster a culture of compliance, safety and organizational integrity.
