Job description

Summary: The AIS Onboarding Program Manager will provide program management and support the onboarding and conversions for new and existing State Street clients. These can range from small onboarding projects to large and complex fund launches / conversions within AIS. We are looking for an individual who can provide leadership, end-to-end project management, and advocacy for the various sub-streams. This includes planning, overseeing and coaching team leads with daily activities, implementation and execution of project level deliverables as well as producing executive level reporting to enable the achievement of integration goals. Specific Responsibilities: Responsible for planning, organizing, and directing specific onboarding projects while ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Focus is Fund Launches/Conversion Projects for both existing and new clients across all of AIS Teams Key project leader and contact for facing off with the client and the client’s Program Management Team as well as all SSB Internal Workstreams Support revenue growth, by managing the end-to-end onboarding project across all phases; Legal & AML KYC to Due Diligence/Data Gathering to Finalizi...
