Circa Hospitality Group JOB TITLE: Convention Service Manager: DEPARTMENT: Sales STATUS: Full-Time JOB SUMMARY: Convention Services coordinates all aspects of upcoming convention events after the contracting processes. The Convention Services Department is the meeting planner’s liaison to all departments related to their upcoming event. QUALIFICATIONS: - Execute all BEO’s - Must be able to stay onsite for the duration of assigned events that may include occasional nights, weekends and holidays - Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting the Company Service Standards at all times - Ability to communicate with Guests in a professional manner - Handle all group details relating to the Group Resume and Banquet Event Orders. - Ensure contract specifications are met prior to the event as well as on-site. - Organize the Reservation Process - Ensure that payment guidelines are adhered to. - Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form. - Understand and comply with all company, departmental and Gaming Control Board rules and regulations, policies, and procedures. - Must be able to work any day of the week and any shif...
