People & Data Ops (Part-time)

Job description

We’re looking for someone who feels at home with people but also can’t ignore when something is inefficient, slow, or unnecessarily manual. Someone who will sit in a room with colleagues, help them, talk to them, understand them… and then go back and think: “How do we make this smoother, faster, and less painful next time?” What this role is: You’ll be part of a small HR team (Head of HR + Talent Manager), owning the operational side of people experience and continuously improving it. This is a mix of people presence + structured execution + system thinking. What you’ll do: Full onboarding & offboarding experience (design, execution, improvement) Active recruiting when needed, or supporting partially hiring process for project needs Be available for people across the studio - questions, support, clarity, coordination Help shape internal communication and culture Support events, relocation, and day-to-day people situations Take repetitive tasks and actively improve them - simplify, automate, or remove them entirely What we’re looking for: Naturally comfortable around people - present, friendly, and approachable Curious about how things work and how they can work better Not afraid of...
