About the Role: We are looking for a forward-thinking and technical Customer Lifecycle Marketer to act as the pilot for our AI-driven communication strategy. In this dual-focus role, you will oversee our existing AI Outbound Agent to drive customer acquisition, while simultaneously designing new AI agents to automate and personalize our lifecycle retention campaigns. You will bridge the gap between demand generation, customer retention, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate is not just a copywriter or analyst, but an "AI Operator" capable of guiding autonomous agents to deliver human-quality engagement at scale. Key Responsibilities: AI-Driven Outbound & Acquisition: Manage the Outbound AI Agent : Act as the primary supervisor for our AI agent that handles outbound marketing.
